Since 2023, my independent work has focused on AI-assisted UX systems, prompt-pattern design, portfolio reconstruction, and structured methods for making AI-supported design work more reliable and reviewable.

This period includes development of DPMA, a governed AI production model for UX work, and an AI Pattern Library for UX Production. Together, these projects extend my enterprise UX background into new territory: human-governed AI workflows, artifact-centered production, and reusable prompt systems that support real UX work rather than isolated AI outputs.

At State Farm, I worked across enterprise websites, customer-facing applications, internal tools, mobile experiences, and large-scale content systems. My responsibilities included UX architecture, responsive application flows, prototyping, user-centered requirements framing, design-system support, and stakeholder collaboration.

A major portion of this work involved leading UX architecture for site taxonomy, content strategy, and navigation across a large public-facing insurance website. I partnered with content, research, SEO, design, and development teams to analyze site structure, user behavior, navigational depth, and task access. That work informed a multi-year navigation and taxonomy redesign, including revised top-level navigation, deeper information architecture recommendations, and phased content and template updates.

I also worked on product and application flows across Claims, Banking, Life, Health, agent-facing tools, internal-facing systems, mobile app experiences, and responsive web interfaces.

At Deloitte, I helped lead the evolution from web and multimedia design into more structured UX design practice. I served as UX design lead for the company intranet during its early years, helping define taxonomy, navigation, site templates, and interface standards for a large internal digital ecosystem.

I designed and prototyped web and mobile applications, including finance-based analysis and calculator tools, internal business systems, and interface concepts for distributed enterprise teams. I also led usability testing for my own projects through an in-house usability lab, producing findings, ranked results, reports, and recommendations.

In addition to project work, I helped establish internal design standards and served in mentoring and training roles. I led a departmental graphics training program for more than 350 employees, developing curriculum and teaching software, design methods, and production practices across multiple Deloitte locations.

At Adeas, I developed a broad foundation in visual communication, production design, photography, branding, and client-facing creative work. I created advertising, product marketing materials, identity systems, document layouts, technical visuals, and photographic assets for clients across industries including home goods, furniture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing.

This early work built the production discipline, visual judgment, and client communication skills that later supported my transition into digital product design and UX architecture.
